Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at OnlyBBs. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and discreet shipping for all your airsoft ammunition needs. Below are the details of our shipping procedures.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within [Insert Number, e.g., 1-2] working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 12:00 PM] are typically processed the same day.

  • Notifications: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We only currently offer one delivery option. 

 

Standard Delivery 3–5 Working DaysOur most economical option.

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

 

3. Age Verification on Delivery

In accordance with UK law regarding airsoft products, we may use "Age Verification" shipping services.

  • ID Requirement: The courier may request a valid form of ID (Passport or Driving Licence) to prove the recipient is 18 years of age or older.

  • Failure to Verify: If the courier cannot verify your age, the parcel may be returned to us. In this instance, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.

 

4. Courier Partners

We primarily use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries. These couriers allow the transport of airsoft projectiles (BBs) within the UK.

  • For larger or heavier bulk orders of BBs, we may use specialist couriers like DPD or DX to ensure safe handling.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • UK Only: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Islands).

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take an additional 1–2 working days and may incur a small surcharge.

 

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for any delivery attempts.

  2. Wait an additional 2 working days (couriers can experience local delays).

  3. Contact us at info@onlybbs.co.uk with your order number.

​

Please note: We cannot investigate "missing" parcels until 10 working days have passed since the expected delivery date, per courier policy.
