At OnlyBBs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. BBs must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags or bottles for safety and quality control reasons.
2. Returns Process

Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your BBs arrive damaged (e.g., the bag has split during transit) or are defective:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@onlybbs.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage.

We will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange a replacement/full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5–10 working days.

Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds or refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened Consumables: Any BBs where the factory seal has been broken.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale unless they are faulty.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., you ordered 0.20g but meant to order 0.25g), please email us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
