By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use this website.

 

1. Age Restriction & Eligibility

  • Minimum Age: By placing an order for BBs or any airsoft accessories, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to use third-party age verification services or request proof of ID to ensure compliance with UK law. If we cannot verify your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

 

2. Products and Pricing

  • Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, weights (e.g., 0.20g, 0.25g), and quantities of BBs are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

  • Pricing: Prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

 

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or issues with age verification.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within [Insert Number, e.g., 1-2] working days.

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. OnlyBBs is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD).

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Condition of Returns: For safety and quality reasons, BBs can only be returned if the original seal or bottle/bag is unopened and intact.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Faulty Goods: If the products are defective or not as described, please contact us at info@onlybbs.co.uk within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • OnlyBBs shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of our products. Airsoft BBs should only be used in appropriate environments with full eye protection and in compliance with local laws.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, OnlyBBs owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or duplicate our content without written consent.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
